Angry in the Great White North

Deb Frisch is facing charges.  There isn't much detail yet, but apparently charges are being prepared against Deb Frisch for having used pepper spray on someone in her own home.

Deb Frisch confirms elements of the story on her own blog, in a posting that would make me think twice before agreeing to defend her, if I was a lawyer:

Yesterday, I had a meeting with public defender REDACT about the allegation of Lane County Deputy District Attorney JoAnn Miller that my use of pepper spray against a woman who was trespassing in my house and who had just assaulted me and stolen my wallet in downtown Eugene was "unlawful." This is my second public defender. The first one was paid to represent me between the December 9 arraignment and the January 8 45-day cattle call. Since I rejected Ms. Miller's "settlement offer" we are proceeding as if there will be a trial. Yesterday was my first meeting with the guy upon whom I'll rely in the trial.

So now I've had two paid shysters and two freebie shysters. The first was John Coaty, who defended me against frivolous, fraudulent charges by Jeffrey Todd Goldstein and his pro boner shyster, Paul F. Lewis (with help from retired Colorado Supreme Court Justice ???? and Denver County Circus Court Judge ?????). when Mr. Coaty of the Pissant, Numbskull and Cooties law firm told me his wife was named Deb, I thought he meant he was going to help me but what he really meant was that he was going to screw me. I assume Mr. Coaty engaged in Larry Craig like behavior with Mr. Lewis and Mr. Goldstein when he represented me in some proceedings at the Denver County Courthouse in August, 2006.

The second paid shyster was the aptly named Hugh Duvall = ewe of the valley. What a disgusting sheep that guy is. What a waste of money it was to pay him to suck former LCDA Emen Obanga's shlong and lick Barbara Sloat Stipek's REDACT!

You know there's this old adage "he who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client." Of course, another way to say it is "he who represents himself has a fool for a lawyer." but the thing is, whether or not you represent yourself, you're gonna have a fool for a lawyer. the question is whether you want a paid fool or a free fool.

So far, I'd say my freebie shysters are at least as good as the two a-holes I paid to "represent" me!

Deb Frisch can't seem to simply be disappointed with someone, nor does she have the capacity to merely disagree.  If you cross Deb Frisch, expect to be insulted in the most vile manner possible.

So far, she hasn't targeted me directly, but she did use my blog to post a fake suicide note, posing as a conservative blogger.  Truth be told, I've never understood why I was chosen to host her weird suicide note, and I expect I never will. 

In any case, it seems she'll be kept busy dealing with allegations that she used pepper spray on someone to be much of a nuisance.

Which probably comes as a relief, since I've discovered that she's been a huge nuisance in recent months.

But more on that later.
