Angry in the Great White North

Everything was out.  No Internet connection.  TV got one CBC station, barely, and all I seemed to see was Olympic when I turned it on.  The BlackBerry?  Drowned when I jumped into the pool to fish out a young kid who got into trouble, five minutes after we arrived. 

The long and short of it is that I've been out of the loop for a week now.

And now there seems to be an election around the corner.  Geez. 

So give me a day to figure out the lay of land, and to start cranking out pieces.  In the mean time, I invite everyone to post comments to highlight news I should have known about.
