One problem with Jeff Monaghan, the former Environment Canada contract employee arrested for allegedly leaking secret government documents concerning Kyoto, is that his "agenda" is infered from his relationship with an anarchist bookstore, a punk band, and a radical student group.
But then maybe he just likes books. Maybe he couldn't get a drumming gig in a jazz band. Maybe he joined the group to impress a girl.
What does he really believe?
I can't really answer that, but presumably the listeners of Carleton University's "Rise Up" program on CKCU radio would know, since Jeff Monaghan is one of the co-hosts on Mondays:

CKCU does not maintain an archive online. I would expect they have tapes of previous shows. I wonder what Jeff Monaghan said on those shows. Did he ever mention anything about his work at Environment Canada, and about what he was seeing there? Did he discuss the leak, and if so, what did he say?
Just wondering.
Stop wondering. Listen to Jeff Monaghan's opinions about Stephen Harper, the media, and Environment Canada in his own words.
