NOTES:
Dianne King, your Lethbridge Riding President cordially invites you to relive your youth by attending her first “Mock Slumber Party” on Friday May 18th. Dianne is pleased to announce that professor Janine Krieber will be in attendance. Not only is Janine the wife of our Great Leader Stephane Dion but she is also a fellow political scientist and an expert in strategic studies and counter terrorism at the Saint-Jean campus of the Royal Military College.
Is it just me, or is the title "Great Leader" just creepy. If you type "Great Leader" in Wikipedia, you are immediately redirected to the biography of the late homicidal dictator of North Korea, Kim Il-Sung.
Still, that's just an unfortunate mistake. It won't be an evening of girls in jammies chatting about Stalinist dictators of South-East Asia. Instead it will be an evening of girls in jammies talking about strategic studies and counter-terrorism.
Sounds like fun.
By the way, it's not clear whether this will be a real sleep-over ("mock" slumber party), and just how long Janine Krieber plans to be in attendance. And why is it that Janine Krieber is getting invited to these girl events, but no one is inviting the Great Leader Stephane Il-Dion to a boys' night of bowling and brewskies?
