My site was hit on page 13 of the Google SERPs (search engine results pages). That means the person looking was motivated and he had not found what he was looking for. And in this case?

Nose picking vdeos? Well, I suppose there might be cache of these gems somewhere in the ickier corners of the blogosphere. In any case, there aren't any at Angry in the Great White North. Why did I rank for these term in the first place? A page that contained a combination of the words "video", "nose", and "pick" -- the last two in the comments and not in the post itself. The "video" is not anywhere close to "nose" and "pick", and the words "nose" and "pick" are used in the same sentence, but on either side of the word "and" which suggests that the two words are not part of the same phrase, which they are not.
These are all clues to the Googlebot uses to decide that my page is not likely to satisfy this persons desire to watch people dig around for boogers, and so it was ranked accordingly low. But the fact that I still got the hit shows that over 120 stronger choices also failed to help this person scratch this itch. Oops, bad pun.
Maybe there is an untapped market here that can be filled by an enterprising person with a digital camcorder
The irony, of course, is that with this post, I expect I'll be ranking near the top of the SERPs for "nose picking videos" soon enough. And to anyone looking for an actual nose picking video and getting this far in the post, I apologize.
