Hey, don't take my word on it. He's not in the database. I checked.
Noteworthy people. Must be nice to make that cut.
The NNDB is a database of notable people:
NNDB is an intelligence aggregator that tracks the activities of people we have determined to be noteworthy, both living and dead. Superficially, it seems much like a "Who's Who" where a noted person's curriculum vitae is available (the usual information such as date of birth, a biography, and other essential facts.)
But it mostly exists to document the connections between people, many of which are not always obvious. A person's otherwise inexplicable behavior is often understood by examining the crowd that person has been associating with.
Here are some links to profiles I found:
Uh, I'm sure they're getting around to it. Unless they figure he won't be around long enough to be notable.
Not everyone makes the cut. They missed Rockin' Rollen Stewart, the guy who for years would show up at sporting events wearing a big rainbow wig.
No wait! My mistake. Rollen is in the database.
Which gives me an idea...

Hey, someone notice me! I'm notable! Really!
Hey, don't sweat it, Stephane. I'm not in the NNDB database either. In case that makes you feel better.

Stephane looks EXACTLY like the guy who sold me pot at the Foreigner concert in '83.

So what's/who's De-Yawn hiding/from?
It's almost as though he doesn't want to be tracked. And I can see why. Underwhelming speeches, not to mention speech in English that is indecipherable, speeches in French that are the same old Liberal pablum, and an incomprehensible plan for Canada's future.
Ingognito suits the guy. If he could, I'm sure he'd d[i]on Harry Potter's invisibility cape to skulk around the country under, to spy on the rest of us, like his Goon Twins, Jennings and Holland.
'Love the rainbow wig and the t-shirt: Perfect!!

I would think a creepy little pencilneck like DeYawn would attract all sorts of attention running around flashing his little green weenie at everyone dragging around a shaved-butt dog which speaks better English than he dose out of its posterior....can't miss a sideshow freak job like that.
