Liberal Blogger: If Stephane Dion was a one trick pony, it would be an improvement

Some cruel honesty on the part of a Liberal blogger makes for some fine reading.

Koby at The Maple Three has some harsh words for Stephane Dion:

He is not a one trick pony. The situation is much worse then that. He played right into Harper's hands. Dion decided to focus on a law and order issue and one very dear to Canwest’s heart, i.e., Israel, err, terrorism. I have said before and I will say it again. The Liberals must not and I repeat must not allow these issue to dominant for long, but that is exactly what Dion let happen. Indeed, rather than talking up a compromise on two provisions, Dion dug in his heels, divided his party and made sure the media forget all about Harper’s smear.

Koby has some interesting advice for Stephane Dion, but it doesn't matter, because the Liberal leadership does not listen to their bloggers.

On the other hand, Koby has generated something that passes for debate:

your [sic] a jerk...keep your negative remarks off liblogs

Yeah, no room for negativity or criticism on a partisan blog, followed by thoughtful and honest commentary.

Liberals are in a death spiral now and look like the turds swirling down the toilet bowl ... but the dangerous stench still persists, so they can still do damage to Harper as they attempt to keep him to another minority government in any next election.

I expect the next election to be the dirtiest, nastiest, most virulent in living memory as the Liberal Beast makes it's last stand on behalf of it's eminence grise .. Paul D.

After this 2 week break, Libs will have regrouped and the fur is gonna fly!!

I got a kick out of that 'husbands appointed to the board' nonsense story PMSH came up with.
Keep 'em crying 'that's not fair', and on the phone to their lawyers, and Ralphie demanding apologies! Too funny. They keep taking the bait.

wilson61:
Right you are, they keep taking the bait.
There's nothing funnier than watching Ralphie get offended and appalled.
Harper has to go home laughing every day from the house of Comics.

I think that Dion is responsible for only a small part of Liberal woes:

When will Canada be free of the Liberal stench?

Posted by: Ric at March 2, 2007 05:18 PM

It really doesn't bother you when the PM lies?

You cheer him on?

Posted by: robedger at March 2, 2007 06:19 PM

Only a liberal would think that a valid comment should be spun into a 'smear' and should cause a very competent PM to be sacked.

What chutzpah!

Rob

If you actually want an answer to your question, please give precise examples of lies Harper has told, and how they were lies. This means you would have to give a definition of what you would consider to be a lie. Of course this would open up the question of whether it bothers you when Dion lies (because I am sure that no matter what definition of "lying" you use, Dion would be found to have told lies, human nature being what it is). If you don't actually want an answer, please quit commenting like a troll because it is beneath you.

There isn't the intellect of a syphilitic street walker left in the collective Liberal leadership stable....the strong stench of corruption and cartel policy influence still makes their red clothing reek in the public nostrils.... and putting a new head on the old diseased whore's body is a trick the voter is wise to.

This is indeed a death watch over the federal Librano influence brokering cartel. ( I doubt they were ever a contemporary political organization with all the mob and insider-profiteering cabal skeletons falling out of the organizational closet from the PET years on forward)

Watching Goodale feign ethical/moral outrage over presumptuous matters of "party honor", is like watching the nation's oldest syphilitic street walker spewing outrage over the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. (ROTFLMFAO)

Stick a fork in 'em Steve...they're done like dinner!

Steffawn Deeyawn tried to be a one tricker and the Pony he was
going to ride to victory was called KYOTO. It died, it's record
under his stewardship was filed under failure.
As the great Iggy said, they didn't get it done, providing fodder for
Conservative Ads right from the horses mouth.
