Deb Frisch: Wanted on an arrest warrant
Deb Frisch gained some notoriety a while back when she issued death threats against the two-year-old son of a conservative blogger -- presumably for the crime of being a conservative.
The uproar cost Frisch her position as a professor of psychology at the University of Arizona.
The situation reached the courts, and the news today is that Frisch was alleged to have violated a restraining order. Instead of appearing in court to explain her side of the story, she seems to have disappeared.
An arrest warrant has been issued.

Many of you will remember the Deb Frisch - Protein Wisdom blog drama.
Dr. Frisch has removed her website, but many of her posts and comments can still be found on Technorati and Google.
After the Frisch-Goldstein drama, Frisch was charged in Oregon with stalking and telephone harassment in a matter unrelated to Goldstein.
Meanwhile, Goldstein obtained a restraining order against Frisch in Denver. Alleging she violated the order, he then obtained a contempt citation against her. When she didn't appear last week to show cause why she shouldn't be held in contempt of court, the matter was continued until today.
At the court hearing in Denver this morning, Frisch again didn't show, although her lawyer did. Despite his efforts on her behalf, the Judge ordered the arrest warrant to be activated. (No links, but I did attend the brief hearing.)

Her IP address gave away her identity.

A couple of corrections:
-Deb Frisch did not make death threats against Jeff Goldstein; only a victimhood-oriented lefty would conclude that Frish's comments constituted a death threat.
-Speaking of victimhood-oriented drama queens, Jeff Goldstein is not a conservative by any stretch. Real conservative men don't throw hissy fits when nutbar lesbians say mean things about their kids.

I'm glad that they've provided an arrest warrant. Its time that the system work for people who don't want to be stalked and threatened. I'm not surprised that one of her supporters, Robert McLelland has not posted on this topic.
