If his numbers are real, he's a potential kingmaker. The leaders will have to reach out to Joe whether they like it or not.
Given the fight between the Liberal Party and Joe Volpe, it'll be interesting to see which leadership campaigns hold out a hand to Volpe, and which ones take sides with the Liberal Party executive.
If Joe Volpe's numbers are that strong, it might explain why he's blowing off the fine. He knows that he's holding the winning hand.
