CTV had a 25 second blurb about the attack , but they managed to devote 3-4 minute clips bashing Israel and Harper , pretty sad when the MSM copies the CBC's drive-by reporting that blames Bush/Israel/Harper/UK/Christians and the usual whipping boys.

Looks like we're in serious trouble with the news media trying to run the country as per usual. It's not the news that matters to them it's their hatred for the government of Stephen Harper and conservatives in general wherever they are in the world, that fact has to be front and centre to any news story. They will have to be called to heel on every "story" beyond the facts. Harper will have to put more resources into cleaning up our National broadcaster, CBC, for starters. This has gone beyond reason and it's dangerous to tinker with facts to skew public opinion in a democracy.

There are 2 Canadians dead and 7 injured, if the media is a little skittish about this, I can't blame them - I guarantee the rest of the country is going to be when they hear about this.

I don't think there's much difference between CBC and CTV reporting. It's difficult to get fair news reporting, and yet it should be the easiest thing to do, living in a free country like Canada.

The CBC does respect the opinions of canadians funding their propaganda . they just don't want to hear them.

It just shows that Afghanistan is getting worse. It's not as bad as the sewer that is Iraq or killings in Lebanon, so it doesn't get much press. If this keeps up though, it will.
